Yoga bio: I have been influenced by a broad array of Yoga styles; as a result my classes have a unique blend of flow and power. I aim to provide a comfortable and compassionate class experience. I offer classes that challenge participants to express their inner and outer strengths through thoughtful pose progression and intuitive breathing. I work to guide students as they find their strength, grace and stillness in their practice. As a certified registered yoga teacher through the National Yoga Alliance, I have training in a variety of yoga styles and modalities. I continue to develop my experience with containing education — such as the trauma sensitive yoga instruction certification program with David Emerson and Bessel Van Der Kolk at the Justice Research Institute — and a teacher mentorship with Julia Tirabassi of Lotus Groove Yoga in Portsmouth, NH. I am fully insured and experienced in group instruction, with years of experience in a variety of facilities and special populations.
